3. Consequential Damages Exclusion

In no event shall our total liability to you for all damages exceed the amount of fees, if any, paid by you to TechFlow during the six months prior to the event giving rise to the liability. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory upon which the claim is based, whether in contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise.

4. Force Majeure Provisions

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations under these terms if such failure or delay is due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, governmental actions, or telecommunications failures.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Limassol, Cyprus, for the resolution of any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services.
